Upstate New York’s Lost Signal extracts the marrow of euphoria, pain, and everything in between to craft his electronically driven soundscapes. As if writing the score to life’s mundane, Lost Signal is a metaphor for reconnecting that which is broken: reminding us that it’s all in the details. He is a lover of hardware synthesizer, inspired by the melodic vibrance of composers ranging from Vangelis to Ólafur Arnalds. By just 18 years old, he had signed to an independent record label and began touring his perspective on the art. Producing and sound design led him to a fruitful career working for various synthesizer manufacturers, while growing a robust collection of hardware. The compulsion to create and elevate life’s colorful moments is why Lost Signal continues today. His current releases include Eviscerate, Catharsis, and Apparition, as well as an ambient album Devises under his own name. While he expands his digital footprint, he’s in pursuit to connect with more core listeners as he writes another full length album on his 18th century farm in the countryside.
